Hot elbow machine
1.Induction heating elbow mandrel bending machine is designed and constructed for manufacturing the
small radius (1D/1.5D) carbon steel elbows,alloy steel elbows. Medium Frequency Steel Elbow Machine
has various designed ways, can be produce 2 piece of elbows in a time or support producing of elbow
as well as 180 degree bend. And also sizes below 60 mm, the machine can automatic working with our PLC
control system. These elbows are widely used in the connection of the industrial pipelines for the Petrochemical ,
gas, oil pipes, electrical power ，etc
2.Structure：equipment base and guide rail, main oil cylinder and support plate, active push plate, front
support plate, loading mechanism, medium frequency coil adjustment mechanism ( medium frequency
heating coil, elbow die, mould pull rod）, medium frequency power supply heating mechanism, electric
control system, hydraulic control system, operation desk , water cooling circulating system.
3.Auxiliary equipments: hydraulic press machine (for elbow shape correct use),pipe cutting machine
(we have auto pipe cutting machine ) ,elbow beveling machine (have manual also auto beveling machine ),shot
blasting machine . marking machine .
