Performance
The equipment is a specialized device for petroleum,chemical industry,electric power,oil and gas pipeline and other fittings ;it was designed and manufactured by our company ;it synthesized many years of improvement and technical requirements in fittings industry. It mainly chooses seamless and welded pipes as raw material and makes use of hydraulic pushing-method equipment mating intermediate frequency heating system to realize the production procedure of hot expanding pipe diameter. The products adapt carbon and alloy steel pipes expanding from original small-diameter pipes to big-diameter pipes.the equipment possesses logical design, reliable working,convenient operation,automatically feeding system for relicving labor intensity;main unit _adapts hydraulic rotation easy to realize the rapid shifting between stepless speed governing speed –reverse with working process,and can easily adjust thrust.it can run stably with little noise,the circuit board of intermediate frequency power adapts advanced technology;starting circuit with constant power digital sweep frequency can run smoothly and reliably with low failure rate.
